re Karaoke mix pro hdd to 1 cd+ duplicator received my order yesterday and have tried it and it's great i've got the tracks that i need from 8 CDG discs onto one disc thanks for your help with this product.

Yesterday just before noon I went to ###### ####### an old business colleague who is a bit of a computer whizz kid to ask him to help me get a CD writer. After going through the web we came to you and decided to buy as per the order above. John arranged for the writer to be delivered to me . Today just after 1400 hours it arrived . Just a word of thanks for the way you treated me regarding my recent order of discs. I was amazed that on you hearing that the package had opened and 50 discs being lost and the rest left loose with no packing on them that you replaced the order at your own expense. The second lot arrived safe and well delivered by the Postal Authority. The Courier Co charged with first delivery (and whom I blame) have not had the courtesy to return my phonecall as to whether or not they found the missing discs in their delivery van. To cap it all, my PC will not recognise DVD-R discs!!, it will only record DVD+R of which I was not aware. I have now donated the discs to the local voluntary Cancer Respite Group who make short films of their outings etc so the whole saga has had a happy ending. So once again a heartfelt thank you. Yes, came today, was getting worried as i have never used you before. Well impressed, thanks, will use you again and recommend you to my friends.
