the Teac P-55 Versamax Color Ribbon Set includes 1 Versamax color ribbon and 1 transfer ribbon. The set will yield 500 full color, full coverage image prints on a wide variety of CD-R and DVD-R. The Versamax Ribbon allows users to print on many different CD and DVD surfaces. You no longer need to buy media that is specially treated for color thermal printing. The Versamax ribbon prints in color using a 4 panel CMY ribbon which contains Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Adhesive/Primer panels. The Versamax ribbon adds the proprietary primer panel to the 3 existing CMY (Cyan, Magenta and Yellow) panels.
Versamax allows printing on almost all thermal media, and
even some inkjet and silver lacquer media as well. So, increasing your media choice reduces your overall cost of printed discs.
