Making a Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment which is processed securely via Worldpay. In some cases we may mail you for further details including information relative to your credit card.

Shipping and Handling:

Delivery Schedule:
We will normally send your order to you in a minimum of 3 working days . International orders are generally received in under 7 days. 24 hour UK delivery is available.
Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Complaints and Returns:
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, we offer a 7 day cancellation period. This means that as a consumer using CD-writer.com ltd you have the right to return your goods or cancel your order within 7 days of making the transaction. This offer is subject to goods being non-perishable and being returned to CD-writer.com ltd in the condition that they were received. When returning a product either due to a product fault or because you wish to cancel you refunded the full amount of the transaction price less the cost of shipping.

Tax Charges:

Under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 we operate a full 7 day satisfaction guarantee, in the UK. If you are not completely happy with your purchase you may return it(*), in as supplied condition, within 7 days to receive a full refund. *subject to product. Good returned without their original packaging will be refunded in full less 20% of the total transaction price.
