Shipping Information
We ship across the UK using courier services that offer the right balance between service and price. We always try and ship your goods via the most cost effective method. You should note that shipping charges are based on weight and start at around £6. When ordering online the price of shipping will be determined by the weight of the goods.
We always try and despatch your goods for close to next working day delivery. We offer you a choice of shipping options starting at 2 working days. Returns and Refunds
We offer all our retail customer's (customers buying as individuals for private use) a 30-day money-back guarantee across our product range. If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it for a refund. In cases where products have been supplied with consumables (such as printer inks and recordable media), all used consumables will be charged for at the standard list price. Shipping and Credit Card charges will not be refunded for non-faulty items. You can arrange to return your product via our support website here.
