Most manufacturers will either charge you an excessive sum for to repair the unit or tell you that a repair is not cost effective and your only option is to purchase a new unit. We charge a £75 evaluation fee in advance of receipt of your unit. This covers the cost of diagnosis and fault finding. If you choose to go ahead with your repair this £75 is included in the cost of the repair. If we manage to repair the fault during diagnosis or if you choose not to go ahead with the repair all you will pay is £75 plus vat.

Parts and labour will usually come with a warranty.
