To many it is not initially obvious why police forces would choose to invest in DVD duplication technology. However; in these digital times one of the primary sources of evidence is captured via some digital means. We are surrounded by CCTV cameras, many police cars have cameras and increasingly individual police officers may carry body cameras. At very least this digital content needs to be downloaded, stored and backed up.
